This Privacy Policy explains how Brooke ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or buy from drinkbrooke.com.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us: when you place an order, we collect your name, shipping and billing address, email address and phone number.
  • Information collected automatically: when you browse our store, we automatically receive your device's IP address, browser type and operating system, and how you interact with our site.
  • Email marketing (if applicable): with your permission, we may email you about our store, new products and other updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
  • SMS marketing (if applicable): if you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive order updates, abandoned cart reminders and promotional offers from Brooke. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

When you give us personal information to complete a transaction, verify your card, place an order, arrange a delivery or return a purchase, you consent to our collecting and using it for that purpose only. If we ask for your personal information for another reason, such as marketing, we will ask for your explicit consent or give you the option to decline.

5. Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products. Your data is stored in Shopify's databases on secure servers protected by a firewall.

Payments: if you pay through a direct payment gateway, your card information is stored by our payment processor and encrypted under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), the standard backed by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. 6. Third-party services

Our third-party providers (payment processors, shipping carriers, our fulfillment partner, email and SMS tools, analytics and advertising platforms) only collect, use and share your information as needed to provide their services to us. Some of them, such as payment gateways, have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read.

Some of our providers are located outside your country, including in the United States, Canada, Switzerland and China (our fulfillment partner receives your name, address and phone number to ship your order). If you complete a transaction that uses one of these providers, your information may be governed by the laws of the country where that provider is located.

7. Security

We take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
